Irma Health Wellness provides mobile wellness services including IV hydration, IV vitamins, wellness injections, weight loss programs, and health coaching. All services are for general wellness purposes only. See our Medical Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

Services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older. A brief wellness assessment will be conducted prior to each session to evaluate suitability. We reserve the right to decline service if we determine it is not appropriate for a specific individual.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance. We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Payments

Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated at the time of booking. All prices are subject to change.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided for wellness purposes. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding specific outcomes or results. Individual results may vary. See our Medical Disclaimer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irma Health Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
